I actually dealt with JD at the Florence location and I have to say that if I could give Long Lewis 10 stars I absolutely would. I was in a situation where my car was inoperable and honestly my credit was not the best. I walked in and was very honest with them and they told me that they would do all they could to get me in a car. They were able to find me an amazing deal on a car with very good mileage and a reasonable payment. They were the most incredible group of people I have ever dealt with when it comes to buying a car. They have gone above and beyond and even brought the car to me at my work place. Before you go to a buy here pay here or even if you are looking for something new, you are going to want to check these guys out first!!!
When my car needed replacing, I returned to Long-Lewis and Matt. I was so pleased with them when I bought my daughter's car two years ago, I knew who I would use this time around. I told Matt what I needed/wanted, and he sent me emails and texts when things came in that matched what I wanted. The entire process, from letting Matt know I was getting ready to trade to signing forms with Michael, was quick, easy, and painless. My so turns 16 in just over two years, and I will definitely be returning to the Long-Lewis team for help.

Me and my husband recently bought a car from Neil, a sales associate here at Long Lewis. Neil was nothing but kind to us and the process was so smooth we were in and out, and on our way with a car we have been very pleased with. While they had my car at Extreme Auto the rental dept at Long Lewis was also very helpful in helping to make sure we had a vehicle to drive. Both the sales dept and rental dept were on top of their game and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The service dept on the other hand, we experienced some issues with. Some things weren’t don’t that we asked them to do to my husbands truck, along with a few other issues we were very unhappy with. We addressed these issues and Roger was very kind to contact my husband and I to straighten things out. He is one that wants nothing more than for his customers to be happy and we appreciate him reaching out to us. Overall Long Lewis is a reputable company that cares about their customers satisfaction and we look forward to buying our future vehicles from here.
