This place is SO much better than the Florence location. They are friendly and actually care about your business. Every person there works hard to make sure you have a good experience. I will always use this location from now on.

This is the only company and location I will ever rent a car from. They are so friendly and make me feel welcome every time I walk through their door.
I would definitely avoid this location if you expect to pick up a held reservation. I made a reservation weeks in advance and got a call 10 minutes before my pick up time telling me it would be later that afternoon but it didn't look good because they didn't have any cars on the lot. So at 3 i called back and they tell me they have no cars and couldn't get one delivered. I ended up calling Avis and they were able to take care of me on short notice. Enterprise could have provided great customer service by at least calling around for me and giving me other options. I will NEVER reserve a car from this location. We'll pick you up - not quite.
