The Dentist I had and the assistant's for the work done was great! But ... the office, NOT so much! I don't like hidden charges, and I am sure no one else does either. I paid what they said I owed before any work was done, ($497.00) this is what insurance would not pay, they said. Then after all the work completed, later I went back for a cleaning. Insurance (BCBS) pays 100%. I have gotten a bill saying I owe another $114.80, explanation they gave was first quote they gave me, I paid in full, was a guess on their part as of what insurance would not pay and this bill is the balance of THEIR incorrect guess. Now another low blow, they are charging me finance charges.
My kids have started going here and so far it has been really good experiences for both of them.
Well Singing River will get this money this next week, but they can bet anything they want, I will not return for more hidden charges or incorrect guesses.
