This last visit I had someone who was really helpful but a lot of times you can't even find someone to help you.
I very rarely come across a nice employee, they very rarely have more than 2 registers open at one time, and they have alot of trouble keeping the shelves decently stocked.

I bought a PR of jeans just two days ago and somehow lost my receipt otw home. The pants were irregular and went to the side. Took back today with all tags on the price of jeans. I received back five dollars less than what I paid because that's how it rang up. I'm disabled and five dollars goes a long way. Walmart is quickly becoming filled with overseas products that do not last or are irregular. I give them two stars only because Louis Inman was super nice when she waited on me at the return desk.
They don't have an optometrist at the vision center so that's pointless. The phone center is hardly ever open and the poor employees they put in there have no more idea than you do about how to set up a phone. There are never enough cashiers so you wait forever in line and if you try to use the self check-outs two thirds of them are usually broken. The managers(ESPECIALLY) and staff are rude and act like you should pay for the phone pleasure of having them wait on you. I called to check on something from the service desk and was hung up on three times before I actually got my question out. Then I spent 15 minutes on hold before they hung up on me again.
