Good consistant pizza.
Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Lost my order. Found it 2 hours later after they said I never had one although my card was charged. I get there to pick it up and 4 employees are on cell phones sitting around but tell me I have to wait. I can see my food that has been ready for 2 hours. Terrible. General manager couldn't have cared less. She should be fired immediately.
My food was cold, not tasty and way overpriced....
I love Papa John's pizza! This store rarely gets it right like you ordered though...
waited an hour on a pizza after i ordered it on the phone and got to store 10 min later. they forgot to make it. i will never be back to papa johns again
