GOOD service
I bought a pair of kswiss and they had no padding in the heel of the shoe. The front of the shoe was thick with padding. I took them back to the store the very next day for a refund with the reciept. The guy working said They could not accept them because they were worn. I wore them for 30mins literally 30mins and they hurt my feet. He said in a smart a** tone "that's why we let you try them on". So he finally decided that he could give me an even exchange or a gift card this time like he was doing me a favor.. Which is BS. That will be the last $70 Hibbetts will EVER get from me..
