I will be switching back to AT&T. Between the terrible customer service(even in store), the "surprise overages" that DO exist, and almost never having service even when in town, I am DONE. 2 solo cups and a string are more reliable, and my 2 year old has better manners than some of the people that work there.
I was having a major problem with my phone.
But due to having insurance on my phone I was able to get a brand new phone, next day, no charge. Happy camper here!!!
