I think these people may try, but in my experience it just doesn't come across. They are very condescending, and the only female associate there is pretty much the only person i want to deal with there. The male associates resort to "darlin'" and "ma'am" i get its considered polite, but comes across as condescending. If i didn't already have my stuff and very little time i would honestly go some place else. Definitely not a place i would recommend, at least not this particular store. Ive used Bestway before without a problem in other locations. Just not this one. My opinion only.....
