I got a new phone. The sales representative answered all my questions. And I had a few!! Lol I have been back in with questions. And he again answered every question. He took great care in me. His name was Nestor and he knows what he's doing!! Very satisfied!!

I WAS with t mobile for over 20 years. Yesterday I when in the Muscle Shoals Alabama to by a new phone. I find the phone I want for $125.00. But then I'm told I would have to pay $50.00 to keep the same number and $20.00 to upgrade. All I want was a phone and I'm paying cash. Goodbye t mobile. I with Verizon now. You suck
