First of all, glad we have a Sprint store locally again. Everyone of the staff members are nice, helpful, and never overbearing. I went to pay my bill and they asked if i wanted my plan updated to save me money. Same plan, just cheaper.... absolutely!
Great people. We had amazing service, they helped us in every way they could have. Our two year old came with us, and they were all so nice to her. One girl even gave my daughter her own phone to play a game on while my wife and I were getting our new phones!

Switched from att to sprint today. The ladies that helped me were great. They answered all of my questions and got me set up on my new plan pretty quickly. Customer service at this sprint was much better than I've experienced with att or Verizon in muscle shoals and my plan is much cheaper! Hit them up if you are tired of paying too much for your phone plan... awesome customer expierence today from my muscle shoals sprint location!
