Biggest issue is that I didn't get what I ordered. Receipt was correct, food was not. Maybe it's just me but I have issues with the concept of having a menu that you select from yet receive something completely different. Received ice cream items immediately upon pulling up to the window. Was asked to pull up to wait 2.5 minutes for fresh tenders to cook. 10 minutes later, as the ice cream has liquefied, I finally receive the rest of the order; or at least the part they decided to give me. Chicken was okay but not something I would order again. On a positive note I did receive more dipping sauces than I could possibly use with my order.
Decent food and great ice cream. Located in very nice location. The drive-thru can be a little slow at times.

Well it seems the 5 buck lunch special is 11-4 only. That's cool but what if folks want it after 4? I didn't care to pay a extra price for what I wanted but was told flat out NO! You can not get that. So with that being said I will not be visiting a dairy queen again. Every time we go there's a problem....rude employees, long wait times, and then can't even get what ya want even if you pay extra. I understand the 5 buck lunch thing but wouldn't seem if you can cook them for 5 hrs you should be able to cook them all day? Just saying. Customer lost y'all need to do some research cause these other fast food chains are killing ya with their good deals.
While the food was okay, the store has an electrical problem detrimentally impacting service as school is letting out. If this is a regular occurrence, the owner has got to be losing money! Staff didn't know how to handle the situation or to direct cars to go inside for hand written service. We felt bad for this DQ.
