I ordered 2 biscuits and a coffee. I had asked for creamer and was told there was only powder. I parked and went inside and asked at front register and was then given creamer. Opened the biscuits and the wrappers were totally covered in grease, even on the putter sides of the wrappers. Got grease all over myself and there were NO napkins, inside again for napkins. Usually a huge Jacks fan, not today and not this location.
Will not come back to this location ever again. Sitting in line and yall take order someone came in after me when there is only a single register open is not okay at all. Enjoy because it just cost yall a customer permanently.

The food is great but every single time I go through the drive through I either do or almost drive off without all of my purchases in the bag. I know I've missed a good $50 worth of sides, sauces, cutlery, etc. Really frustrating trying to eat potatoes and green beans like a caveman and then not even have napkins in the bag. Just sit there and go through your entire order checking and making sure you have everything you need before driving off. Because they really don't care
